January 2018. This compilation is mostly comprised of soul and international pop from the 60s and 70s. I consider it a companion to my “uncommon” 60s compilations Singsong, Lollipop, and Yeh Yeh (also on Mixcloud). The mix is eclectic but pretty accessible; music aficionados will be familiar with some of the tracks, but pleasant surprises lurk within for all. Cover image is “Rhythm” by Alexey Menschikov.
